Privacy Policy

Datingshe is the dating and relationships publication at datingshe.vip, operated by luxunziben. This policy explains how information is handled when you read articles, use an account, like a story, comment, or contact us.

1. Information we handle

• Accounts and profiles: email address, display name, optional profile introduction and avatar, account identifier, authentication records, and account creation time. Supabase handles password authentication; staff do not need your password to provide support.
• Community activity: comments, moderation status, submission times, and account-to-article records needed to add or remove a like.
• Correspondence: your email address, message, and information you choose to include in a support, privacy, or safety request.
• Technical information: our infrastructure providers receive connection information such as IP addresses, request details, and browser information when delivering or protecting the service.

Reading does not require an account. The current website does not ask for precise location, dating preferences, government ID, or payment details. Please do not publish sensitive information about yourself or anyone else in a comment.

2. What is public

Your display name, profile introduction, and avatar are intended as public-facing profile information, although the first version of the site may display them only on your own account page. Do not upload an image or write a profile description you want to keep private. Approved comments are public and currently appear under the label “Community member.” Comment text can still identify you if you include identifying information. We store the account association for operation and moderation. Like totals are public; the public interface does not list the accounts that liked a story. Account email addresses are not displayed in public comments.

3. Why we use information

We use information to deliver articles, authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, process likes, review comments, respond to requests, investigate abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the activity: providing a requested service, legitimate interests in operation and safety, a legal obligation, or consent for an optional activity where required. Registration is not consent to marketing.

4. Providers and disclosures

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Supabase provides authentication, the database, and image storage. Resend provides transactional account email using our verified sending domain. Some pages load Google Fonts, the Supabase client library through jsDelivr, or images from Unsplash. These requests disclose connection information to the corresponding provider. Messages sent to our published email addresses are routed through Cloudflare to a Gmail inbox; these providers process your correspondence to deliver it.

We may disclose relevant information to providers assisting with these tasks, to comply with a valid legal requirement, or to investigate abuse and protect rights and safety. If the service changes ownership, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and notice requirements. We do not sell personal information for money or currently use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Affiliate links and referral information

Some links may be supplied by an affiliate network or advertiser. These links can contain an affiliate identifier, campaign identifier, placement label, sub-ID, or similar parameter so the destination can attribute a visit or qualifying action to Datingshe. When you follow such a link, the destination may receive those parameters together with ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser information, referring page, device type, and request time. The third party handles information on its own website under its own privacy policy.

Our operator has used the networks identified in our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure. Listing a network does not mean its tracking technology is currently loaded on Datingshe. An ordinary outbound affiliate link loads only after you choose to follow it. If we add an embedded advertising script, pixel, widget, or other optional tracker to Datingshe, we will update this policy and connect it to the advertising consent category where required.

6. Cookies, browser storage, and consent

Datingshe uses cookies and similar browser technologies, including local storage. Our consent panel separates them into the following categories:

• Necessary: remembers your privacy choice and language, supports security, and, when you sign in, keeps the Supabase authentication session working. These functions are needed to provide a choice or a feature you request and cannot be disabled through the consent panel. You can remove them using your browser settings, but this may reset preferences or sign you out.
• Analytics: would help us understand visits and feature usage. No analytics tool is currently active. This category is off unless you choose to allow it.
• Advertising: would support advertising delivery, measurement, or personalization. No advertising tracker is currently active. This category is off unless you choose to allow it.

The consent record is stored in your browser and contains your category choices, policy version, and choice time. Language and consent preferences remain until you clear site data or we replace them with a new version. Authentication storage remains according to the session controls provided by Supabase or until you sign out or clear site data. Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary security or load-balancing cookies under their own retention settings.

You may accept all optional categories, reject them, or select categories separately. Reopen the panel at any time with the Privacy choices button displayed at the lower-left of the site. Changing your choice applies to future loading; it cannot reverse information already processed before withdrawal. When the browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, Datingshe keeps advertising tracking disabled in this consent tool.

Optional scripts must be connected to the relevant consent category before they are deployed. If we add an analytics provider, advertising network, or materially different purpose, we will identify it here and update the consent panel before enabling it where consent is required.

7. Retention, security, and transfers

We retain account and activity records while reasonably needed to provide and protect the service, handle requests, and meet legal obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed manually; limited records may remain for legal or abuse-prevention reasons, and backups may persist until their normal expiry. We do not promise an automatic deletion schedule that the service does not implement.

We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Any transfer safeguards required by applicable law must be satisfied; use of this website does not waive your statutory rights.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can read without signing in, remove your own like, sign out, and clear browser storage. Request account deletion, comment removal, a correction, or access to your information using the privacy contact below. There is currently no self-service account-deletion screen. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your account; never send a password or verification code.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. We respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any lawful limitation or available appeal process. This policy does not represent that every privacy law applies to this small service.

9. Adults only

Datingshe is intended for people aged 18 and over. Registration includes an age declaration, not identity verification. If you believe we have received information from someone under 18, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. U.S. state privacy disclosures

Datingshe does not currently sell personal information for money or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes and applicable law provides an opt-out right, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method and honor legally recognized browser signals. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right. This statement does not mean that every U.S. state privacy statute applies to Datingshe.
